Shipping Condition 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products. 

Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.



For customers based outside of the UK, import duty or customs charges may occur upon arrival or before release of your delivery from our courier. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer & must be paid in full by the consignee (customer). We are not responsible for these charges & are unable to advise on any of these charges. In the event that the customs charges are left unpaid & the courier is unable to deliver, our courier may return your shipment to us & the charges for the return shipment/costs involved will be deducted from your order refund total as well as the original shipping charges

In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

The products sold through the Site are intended to comply with UK laws and regulations. If you are a UK based user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in the UK 

Product availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If a product is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.
