Shipping Condition
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products.
Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
IMPORT & CUSTOMS CHARGES
For customers based outside of the UK, import duty or customs charges may occur upon arrival or before release of your delivery from our courier. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer & must be paid in full by the consignee (customer). We are not responsible for these charges & are unable to advise on any of these charges. For more information on charges you may incur, you should refer to your government website.
In the event that the customs charges are left unpaid & the courier is unable to deliver, our courier may return your shipment to us & the charges for the return shipment/costs involved will be deducted from your order refund total as well as the original shipping charges
